Discover and Travel is my invitation to experience the world as a living curriculum — not the world of resorts and souvenirs, but the world of sacred landscapes, ancient sites, living traditions, and natural wonders that reorganize you from the inside.
I have always understood true travel as a form of initiation. When you stand on the slopes of the Rila Mountains where Bulgarian masters have gathered for generations, or beside a stone circle older than writing, something in you shifts permanently. You do not return as the same person who left.
Discover and Travel grew naturally from my work with PanEuRhythmy, which is at its heart inseparable from place. The Rila Mountains, the Seven Rila Lakes, the land of Bulgaria — these are not backdrops to the practice. They are participants in it.
PanEuRhythmy Travel Workshops
The heart of Discover and Travel is a series of immersive PanEuRhythmy workshops held in places of deep natural and spiritual power. I lead these workshops personally, bringing together 20 years of experience teaching PanEuRhythmy, my training in Physical Therapy and movement science, five years of childhood choreography study, and two decades of teaching across two continents.
Bulgaria — The Source
Sofia, the Rila Mountains, and the Seven Rila Lakes are the heartland of PanEuRhythmy — the landscape where Peter Deunov led the original gatherings in the 1930s. I live here now and teach from the source. This is not a pilgrimage destination — it is a homecoming for everyone who practices.

Beyond PanEuRhythmy workshops, Discover and Travel explores the ancient sites that Swiss researcher Erich von Däniken brought to global attention — locations where advanced ancient engineering, astronomical alignment, and acoustic precision suggest knowledge far beyond what conventional archaeology attributes to these civilizations.
Von Däniken's work, beginning with Chariots of the Gods in 1968, asked questions that mainstream archaeology still struggles to answer: How were multi-ton stones moved with Bronze Age technology?
