A comprehensive roadmap for living sustainably powered by the Sun — in body, mind, energy, and technology. Solar Lifestyle integrates clean energy solutions, plant-based nutrition, conscious movement, and evolutionary practices into a holistic approach to modern living.

What began in 2006 — watching Who Killed the Electric Car? and recognizing the suppression of clean technology — crystallized into a vision: individuals and families transitioning toward solar-powered homes, electric vehicles, regenerative living, and plant-based nourishment. Not as sacrifice, but as liberation.

Through Solar Lifestyle, I offer consulting on clean energy systems (in partnership with Powur), guidance on transitioning to plant-based nutrition, and the integration of practices like PanEuRhythmy to align body and consciousness with natural rhythms.

PanEuRhythmy is a sacred movement practice created by Bulgarian spiritual teacher Peter Deunov in the early 20th century. Performed in nature at sunrise, it harmonizes body, mind, heart, and spirit through 28 exercises synchronized with music and cosmic rhythms.

In 1995, in the Rila Mountains — the same mountains where Deunov led the original gatherings — I experienced PanEuRhythmy for the first time. In that moment, something in me recognized a deeper path. I stopped eating meat that day and have not eaten it since. I became vegetarian, I stopped smoking and drinking alcohol, and began striving consciously toward purity in body, mind, and energy.

I now teach PanEuRhythmy — both in-person in Sofia and online — inviting others to experience this practice that balances the nervous system, opens the heart, and creates conscious connection with Living Nature.

A vision of humanity transcending national borders, evolving consciousness, and expanding into the Solar System as a unified species. Enlightened Humanity explores what becomes possible when we recognize ourselves as one planetary civilization — conscious, cooperative, and cosmically aware.

This vision crystallized in 2019 at Kennedy Space Center's IMAX theater. Watching footage of Earth from space — the "Overview Effect" — I felt something shift: humanity's future is not just on Earth, but throughout the Solar System. Not as conquerors, but as conscious participants in cosmic evolution.

Enlightened Humanity integrates evolutionary biology, consciousness studies, space exploration, and spiritual awakening into a roadmap for the species. It asks: what happens when technology, wisdom, and compassion converge?

Next Hi-Tech explores visionary science and breakthrough technologies that challenge conventional paradigms — from free energy and antigravity to unified field physics and consciousness-based technologies. It's a space for ideas too radical for mainstream science, yet too compelling to ignore.

In 2013, at the Breakthrough Energy Conference in Boulder, I met inventors working on technologies that could transform civilization: Fernando Morris (Searl Effect Generator), Jason Verbelli, and reconnected with Foster Gamble's Thrive Movement. Living next door to physicist Nassim Haramein in La Costa, California deepened my understanding of unified field theory and the geometry of spacetime.

Through Next Hi-Tech, I share insights on visionary scientists — Nikola Tesla, Viktor Schauberger, Walter Russell, John Searl, Nassim Haramein — whose work points toward humanity's technological leap forward. The 12-Week Visionary Science Series dives deep into their discoveries and implications.

This project emerged from my fascination with the "Overview Effect" — the profound shift in consciousness astronauts experience seeing Earth from space. I believe this perspective will become available to thousands, then millions, in the coming decades, fundamentally transforming human awareness of our place in the cosmos.
