4. Service Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. Payment has been received in full, OR
  2. A deposit has been paid (where applicable) and confirmed by me

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via:

  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Bank transfer (for certain services, by arrangement)

All prices are quoted in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before the service is delivered, except where:

  • A deposit payment plan has been agreed in writing
  • Services are delivered on a subscription or recurring basis

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience. The final amount charged will depend on the currency selected at checkout and the exchange rate applied by your payment provider or bank.

5. Hologenic Profile Readings — Specific Terms

5.1 Nature of Service

Hologenic Profile Readings are educational and exploratory in nature. They are designed to provide self-awareness, personal insight, and guidance based on the integration of Gene Keys, Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology.

Hologenic Readings are NOT:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment
  • A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or healthcare
  • Predictive fortune-telling or guarantees of future outcomes
  • Legal, financial, or career advice

You are responsible for making your own decisions and seeking appropriate professional advice where needed.

5.2 Birth Data Accuracy

The accuracy of a Hologenic Reading depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide (date, time, and place of birth). I am not responsible for inaccuracies in the reading that result from incorrect or incomplete birth information.

If you discover an error in your birth data after the reading has been delivered, you may request a revised reading. A fee may apply depending on the extent of the revision required.

5.3 Delivery of Readings

Hologenic Readings are typically delivered within 7-14 days of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Readings may be delivered as:

  • A PDF report sent via email
  • A live video session (recorded with your consent)
  • A combination of both

5.4 Recording and Confidentiality

Live sessions may be recorded for your reference. Recordings are provided to you only and are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You are free to use the recording for personal purposes but may not distribute, publish, or use it commercially without my written permission.

5.5 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made by email to boris@nexthitech.com.

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: No refund
  • After the reading has been delivered: No refund

If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I will offer you the choice of rescheduling at no additional cost or receiving a full refund.

6. PanEuRhythmy Classes — Specific Terms

6.1 Nature of Activity

PanEuRhythmy is a physical movement practice. By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are in good physical health and able to engage in moderate physical activity
  • You have consulted a medical professional if you have any health concerns
  • You will inform me of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before participating

6.2 Assumption of Risk

Participation in PanEuRhythmy classes involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or exacerbation of pre-existing conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

I am not liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from your participation in PanEuRhythmy classes, whether in-person or online, except where such injury results from my gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6.3 Online Classes

For online classes:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space, a stable internet connection, and appropriate footwear/clothing
  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety
  • Classes may be recorded for participants who are unable to attend live; recordings are for personal use only

6.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Single classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may receive a credit toward a future class. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Class packages or series: No refunds after the first class has been attended. Unused classes may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

7. 12-Week Visionary Science Series — Specific Terms

7.1 Educational Purpose

The 12-Week Visionary Science Series is an educational program exploring the work of visionary scientists and inventors (Tesla, Schauberger, Walter Russell, John Searl, Nassim Haramein, etc.).

The content is for educational and inspirational purposes and does not constitute professional scientific, engineering, or technical advice.

7.2 Access and Delivery

The series is delivered via:

  • Weekly video sessions (live or pre-recorded)
  • Supplementary materials (PDFs, reading lists, exercises)
  • Access to a private group or forum (if applicable)

Access is typically granted for the duration of the 12-week program plus 30 days thereafter, unless otherwise specified.

7.3 Non-Transferability

Enrollment in the series is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, course materials, or recordings with others without my express written consent.

7.4 Refund Policy

  • Before the series begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • After the first session has been delivered: No refund, but you retain access to all delivered materials

8. Solar Lifestyle Consulting — Specific Terms

8.1 Scope of Service

Solar Lifestyle Consulting provides guidance on:

  • Clean energy solutions and solar power systems
  • Plant-based nutrition and sustainable living practices
  • General lifestyle optimization aligned with solar principles

8.2 Referrals and Affiliate Relationships

I may refer you to third-party providers, including Powur (for solar energy solutions). If you engage with Powur or other recommended providers, you do so at your own discretion. I am not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any third party.

I may receive a commission or referral fee if you purchase services through my recommendations. This does not affect the price you pay and does not compromise the independence or integrity of my advice.

8.3 No Engineering or Licensed Services

Solar Lifestyle Consulting does not include engineering services, electrical work, or any activity requiring a professional license. For technical installations or modifications, you must engage a qualified, licensed professional.

9. Discovery Travel Workshops — Specific Terms

9.1 Nature of Service

Discovery Travel Workshops combine PanEuRhythmy instruction with travel experiences. These may include accommodation, transportation, meals, and guided activities as specified in the workshop description.

9.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa, travel insurance)
  • Ensuring you meet health and vaccination requirements for the destination
  • Arranging travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability
  • Arriving at the designated meeting point on time

9.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

If I cancel the workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.

9.4 Force Majeure

I am not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or travel restrictions. In such cases, I will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund where possible, but I am not obligated to do so.

10. Brand Development Services — Specific Terms

10.1 Scope of Work

Brand development services (logo design, website development, brand strategy) are provided under separate project agreements. Each project will have its own scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms agreed in writing before work begins.

10.2 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (logos, website files, etc.). I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10.3 Revisions

The number of revisions included in the project fee will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Website Content

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and audio — is the intellectual property of Boris Mitov or used under license, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without my written permission

If you book a service with a scheduled date within the 14-day period and request that I begin performance immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
